Avoid at all costs!

Bought 4 stackable cafe chairs. Box & 4 chairs badly damaged & left outside my garage on a big sodden pallet. Called & would send replacement & arrange for pickup of damaged goods. Replacements came but no pickup so called again. Trucking company would call. They did and said only 1 chair picking up…call Frontgate! Did & RUDE customer service guy said I had to have the box which was destroyed & to go BUY A BOX! Called credit card company & filled complaint…$$ refunded in 10 days. Totally unnecessary on their part. Gave away replacement because I will not have Frontgate merchandise on my property! Perhaps since bought by QVC & HSN this company has gone downhill. Buyers beware if you got a problem!

Inferior quality products

Several years ago I purchased patio furniture covers. Two chairs and a sofa cover. Frontgate was selling them retail for OVER $250 and $350 respectively although I purchased them at their outlet. These products were supposed to be high quality. As it turns out, they fell apart within several years and we now have to purchase new covers. Frontgate refused to deal with this matter bc the product had a one year warranty. REALLY? These are furniture covers that should last more than a year. Other high end stores stand behind the products they sell. FRONTGATE DOES NOT. In fact, they told me to purchase new covers from them. REALLY? Why would I buy INFERIOR PRODUCTS from them again.
My advice, go elsewhere. Go to a store that stands behind their products. Avoid Frontgate.

Never order from Frontgate

Ordered doormat May 3,2021 and original delivery Was scheduled for May 13-19. After assuming going to get, was notify 7 days later it's delayed to end of May 24-31,2021. Now given date of June 13-21. They aren't reliable and who knows if I won't get another email stating someday... Maybe if you're lucky! They need to be honest and up front instead of wasting consumer time and not give product delivered as promised when you first order!

Customer service headaches

I ordered 4 chairs and cushions in mid-April. I received a notice that they shipped 3 days later. One week after my order, I received ONE cushion. Three days after the first delivery, I received the other 3 cushions, but one was the wrong color. To correct their mistake, I was charged for another cushion, and when it arrives, I must take the cushion that was shipped in error to UPS and await a Frontgate credit. The chairs which were shipped at the same time as the cushions gave not been delivered, and after several phone calls, Frontgate says they do not know where they are. You pay premium prices for Frontgate to receive sub-standard customer care. My last order from this company.

Terrible not worth the money

I ordered a whole backyard of furniture from frontage which costs thousands. I paid extra 150 extra to have it delivered put together which is ridiculous because who wants it in pieces. They are already overpriced and to have to pay extra just to have it put together is obsured. It arrived today and guess what. It was in pieces. And of course they use a third party to deliver so they just stand there and say hey we are just paid to deliver it. Dont use this company. It looks like nice stuff and they charge a small fortune but they are not worth the price.

Subpar quality despite being very expensive

I ordered a Christmas wreath and garland that looked absolutely beautiful in the pictures. When I got them they were not as pictured. Even on sale I paid a little over $500 and they looked SO cheap. They were such low quality I just couldn't believe it. They were a Christmas gift so I didn't open them until Christmas. So when I saw how cheap they looked and tried to return them they said they wouldn't do that because I called after Christmas. Nowhere when I was buying them did it say that it would be the case. I can't believe I spent so much on a very subpar wreath and garland.

Outdoor heater

We purchased an $1,100 outdoor heater from frontgate, and the process has been frustrating from start to finish. We had delivery issues with no updates or call to tell us the delivery wasn't going to happen when initially scheduled. We finally got the product with missing assembly tools and the quality was so poor, nothing lined up to assemble the product.

I recently purchased a Christmas floral…

I recently purchased a Christmas floral arrangement centerpiece for a dear friend. She was delivered a tabletop swag type arrangement instead. I called the company and they had no explanation as to why she was not delivered the arrangement that was order. Of course, what I ordered is no longer available. I spoke with a customer service representative a week ago and she was "looking into the matter". I've heard nothing back from her to date. I'm so disappointed in the service I received. I have ordered from Frontgate for several years, however, this will be my last order.

Frustrating website access experience

Re-set my password three times and still couldn't log on. Very frustrating experience. Ended up shopping elsewhere.

Bad customer service

This is really commentary on the customer service experience. Very curt and unfriendly. Will literally cut you off when they think they know what you are going to say. Terrible audio quality. Definitely sounded like I was talking to someone still laying in their bed.

CAN'T DELIVER!

DO NOT ORDER OUTDOOR FURNITURE FROM FRONTGATE. I ORDERED IN SEPTEMBER FOR THANKSGIVING AND HAVE HAD 6 BACKORDER NOTICES AND AGAIN TODAY SAYING JANUARY! TOO MUCH MONEY TO SPEND WITH A COMPANY THAT CANNOT DELIVER!

Waste of time

I purchased 2 door mat They use a spcecial camera the door mats look thick one came it wasn't as expected or displayed the 2nd one took one month n over I couldn't canncel customer service was rude very faustrating thier carpet was so expensive with stinky customer service n they didn't even care I am begging you like I told them this will be my first n last nobody should shop there it's not worth the hussle. Very disappointed

It is a "front" which seems to exist for the sole purpose of being a dumping ground for the company's Online returns.
